Unwanted/ Exchange Items

Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or refund provided they are returned within 28 days of purchase. Returns for unwanted or exchange items are made at the expense of the customer. Goods and packaging must be returned in saleable condition otherwise a credit or exchange cannot be given. If you require a collection this can be arranged and will be chargeable at £25.00 plus VAT up to 20kg.

We also reserve the right to make a charge for handling and restocking equal to 20% of the sale price of the goods returned.

Goods especially obtained for the Purchaser cannot be returned for credit or exchange.

Faulty Products/ Items received incorrectly

Faulty products or items received in error will be collected at no charge to the customer and will be credited or exchanged as applicable.
